Gathering Hearts PROJECT

This is a subject that is near and dear to my own heart. With first hand knowledge and experience on acts of violence during formative years, I came to understand that someday, and that day is here, I would be called to do something impactful to help others in healing their hearts.

The statistics on acts of violence toward children, in this country alone, are staggering. It’s been my experience that many people don’t want to hear or know about it. And in what I feel is the slippery slope of contemporary psychology, the all too common words of “It’s her journey, or it’s his path” are uttered as if any of it is the least bit acceptable. Minimizing the long standing, perhaps life long effects of these experiences, especially when it comes to having relationships and trust with other people. This is not about perpetuating a life as a victim, rather rising up together to end the violence. We have come of age both spiritually and scientifically to understand that we are all connected in this web of life, and while it might just be my journey of experiences…my journey affects your journey, affects his journey, and affects her journey. The separation is false, we all share one universal heartbeat. It’s time to come together, love together, and heal together. That is my mission through the “Gathering Hearts” Project.

The “Gathering Hearts” Project doesn’t end there. My vision is to have an open heart and forum for all wounded hearts. The wounded warriors, the homeless and hungry hearts, the grieving hearts, heart patients, cancer fighters, and the equal hearts – speaking to those who feel the unloving acts discrimination and inequality.

My intention with this project, is to create a bonding of hearts to heal hearts, and asking you to send me your heart. I will take them in, give them a home and a voice, within a community of other hearts – wounded or otherwise – and send them back out in a beautiful  mosaic of energetically healed hearts.
